Help Christian Grandparenting Network PDF Print E-mail
Sunday, 06 January 2008 08:00

There are many ways that you can help Christian Grandparenting Network.

First, you can become a CGN speaker. The Christian Grandparenting Network needs you. If you are an articulate, engaging middle-aged or older grandparent, we want to give you an outlet for your gifts. There are many “grandparents” in every part of this country who need encouragement and inspiration for a time like this, and so many young people who need loving, firm guidance and a biblical perspective from respected “elders”. Perhaps you can fill such a role as a Ministry Partner in this area.

Volunteer!

CGN is a partnership of people and organizations working together to build for the future, to the glory of God, and for the benefit of our grandchildren and more. We depend on people like YOU to make this network effective. Here are just a few of the volunteer opportunities that are vital to this ministry for which we need your help. Please contact us TODAY if you can help!

1. Banquet Coordinators

Table sponsor coordinator, sponsor coordinator, or event coordinator.  These all help us involve and expose scores of people in the ministry of CGN through our annual Fund Raising Banquet.

2. Administrative Assistant

The Executive Director could be freed to invest his time in much more productive areas with the help of an assistant who could handle much of the day to day administrative and clerical tasks.

3. GrandCamp Staff

Volunteers who can help with small group discussion, music, crafts and other activities at GrandCamp.  Some training may be required.

God richly blessed me business development skills and strong people skills. It would be an honor to dedicate time to this worthy cause.

My residence is in Houston, Texas and I do have access to many mega churches, thousands of medium to small churches.
