During this Thanksgiving season, it’s a good time to thank God for your grandchildren and send them a Thanksgiving card, e-card, or note.

• Tell your grandchildren how special they are to you, how you enjoy them, love them, and pray for them every day.
• Tell them grandchildren you thank God that He has given them to you and remind them of the gifts and talents He has given them.

Be your grandchildren’s cheerleader. You might place the letters of their name vertically and write one of their virtues for which you are thankful or a scripture verse in their Thanksgiving card.

Example:

J – Joyful

O – Obedient

R – Respectful

D – Dependable

Y – Youthful

N – Neat
